I value personalized and evolving care. I incorporate dynamic and trans-diagnostic strategies across multiple clinical perspectives. My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, with attention to the deeper patterns and relational experiences that shape how we come to know ourselves. Everything said in therapy carries meaning within the therapeutic relationship.

My approach centers on Psychodynamic and Somatic Depth Psychology. I work from a process-oriented, relational perspective that informs how I understand individuals, teens, couples, and family systems holistically.

Additionally, my work is integrative and draws from a range of evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic approaches, Trauma-Informed Therapy, inner-child work, and parts-based work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also incorporate Gestalt and transpersonal perspectives, honoring both the present-moment experience and the deeper dimensions of being human.

I believe a meaningful therapeutic alliance is built around a shared understanding of the work. The understanding we develop in therapy emerges through the work we do together. Connection is essential, but so is a mutual understanding of what we are exploring together and how we might begin to move toward change.
